This policy explains how Kéramos Decorações (“Kéramos”, “we”), located at Rua Barata Ribeiro, 625 - Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro - RJ, CEP 22051-000, Brazil, handles personal data of visitors to this website, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018).
1. Data we process
- Browsing data, only with your consent: pages visited, time on site, traffic source, device and browser type, approximate city, clicks, scrolling and on-page interactions. This data is collected by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity and does not directly identify you.
- Preferences in your browser: your cookie choice and language. They are stored only on your device.
- Quote requests: when you use the quote form we record your name, phone/WhatsApp (optional), neighbourhood, services, rooms, sizes and notes so our team can reply. WhatsApp then opens with the message ready.
- Contacts you start: if you reach us via WhatsApp, phone, email or Instagram, we process the information you send in order to reply.
We do not collect sensitive data and there are no customer accounts on this website.
2. Why we use it
- To understand, in aggregate, how the website is used and improve it (legal basis: consent).
- To answer enquiries and quotes (legal basis: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest).
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Browsing data is processed by the analytics providers (Google LLC and Microsoft Corporation), which may store it outside Brazil with the safeguards required by the LGPD. Site content and quote requests are stored on our hosting server and a database service (Supabase), with access restricted to the Kéramos team.
4. Cookies

5. Retention
Analytics data is retained for the period configured in each tool (up to 14 months in Google Analytics and 13 months in Microsoft Clarity).

- correct it;
- request anonymisation, blocking or deletion;
- request portability;
- ask who we share it with;
- withdraw consent.
